bloated...need advice

Hey guys. I just came off a sust and dbol cycle and I got a little bit of water bloat primarily in my cheecks. WHats the best and fastest way to shed the water? I heard caffiene pills are pretty good. Any suggestions? thanks

Have you finished pct? If so, did you begin pct 3 weeks after the last sust shot (I'm sorry if this seems obvious)?

after dbol you should start losing some water in time.....Leaning down is the best way for me to lose the bloat.

well my last sust shot was about 2 weeks ago, and I was wating until next week to start clomid. WHat should I take in the meantime?

I'd be using both Ldex and nolva (o.25mg/day and 10mg/day respectively). Bump the nolva to 20mg/day once pct begins

I agree...you should start to see the bloat go away slowing as you finish PCT.

Could you elaborate on that? Blood test showed LH increases later than normal?

Water retenation tabs. If you can get Sustanon or know any1 dat can get Sustanon on prescription, you will get water retenatation tabs with it

maybe try diurex, its on otc water pill used mainly by woman during pms. Safe and no real sides to it.

Diuretics of any sort merely treat the symptoms, but anti e's treat the cause.

so couldn't you take a diuretic to treat the bloat while your doing PTC? this way you'll lose the bloat faster and by the time your done with PCT it wont come back.....

Certainly you could, but estrogen is your main enemy during pct (at a particular location), so working to combat estrogen is beneficial for all intents and purposes

Drink more water. You will actually lose more water, the more you drink more of it. It's a fairly common trick amongst gear users to alleviate bloat. To aid in this more rapidly, drink a glass of distilled water for every glass of ordinary water that you drink. Keep your vitamins up, though, depletion is the #1 concern here.

its too late for l-dex, i think. you would be better off trying to lower your sodium drinka ton of water, and 20mgs of nolva ED

At what dose would you run Diurex? Ive never heard of it but i imagine that the dose on the box would not pertain to us AS users. Im going to florida in 3 weeks and i am on a Test E/tren /clen cycle and i could drop some bloat myself... thanks

Bro One capsule a day did me good. I had to race like a piss horse after 1 hour.Lemme tell you it was a great time to pull out hose ketone stripes to see how I was metabolizing, you can also buy those at walmart. There called ThinSticks I believe.

I dont want to seem stupid but what is PCT??? What does PCT actually stand for. Do you mean Post cycle treatment? like One armidex, Bromocriptine, novaldex clomid?? thanks.

Those are basic's. I would do a search and find out more info before you continue with AS
