I am going to bump up to 140mcg tomm and more by saturday. Any way I was wondring If I should spread my dosage out throughout the day? I took 120mcg at once this morning, and the sides were very light. So should I take 140 at once or through out the day? Through out the day seems logical, just not to take it past about 2pm or I have heard its hard to fall asleep.
yeah, either all in the morning or 100mcg first thing in morning and 40mcg at noon. any later and you could have trouble sleeping like you said.

get some keto- then you can take clen in the after noons as well with no trouble falling asleep. 160mcgs seems like a high dose for all at one time.
