    when should t3 be taken and how.am or pm?empty stomach or full.

    Spread it out throughout the day.
    I don't know about absorbtion, but I personally would never take T-3 on an empty stomach, it's too aggressive on the metabolism...with a heavy workload I have a hard time keeping my protein ahead of it as it is...I don't dare give it a head start!

    resting temperature- its what you keep while on T3, its a good indicator of high levels of cortisol and T3.
