Keepin abs while on Sust
Hey guys, I've just joined the board, but i've been reading along for quite some time now. Anyway I had a question. I'm just starting my second cycle. I'm takin .5 cc of Sust e3d for 10 weeks. Weeks 6-12 will have winny. PCT is gonna be clomid with nolva on hand just in case. Diet is gonna be kept clean, but high in protein. What i was wondering, is i currently like my BF%, which is around 13 % or so, and i dont want to put to put on any fat and hold too much water retension that would hide my abs, cause the ladies love 'em. Will doing cardio prevent my gains from the sust? And how much cardio to do? I'm not lookin to get ripped, i just want to stay the way i am while puttin some size on? Any suggestions? Thanks guys.

take 10 mg nolva daily throughout cycle will help with water retention and side effests i would also do 15 minutes cardio everyday just up the nolva to 20mg for pct
im doing the same cycle just started with supertest250(same as sus250) will add winni in week 4

Jackman, my abs arent the greatest, but the first two rows are visable, which is all that really matters to me at this point. As for being 13%,you could be right as i may be off a lil.

uppin the dosage to 1cc wouldnt be a bad idea and nolva for water is great, up resistance on ur ab lifts to keep them visible the sust wont be too bad

Strong abs has never been an issue with me, i train them with resistence (usually arms and feet tied to cable towers on each side, and crunch them in together), so that no prob, But thanks for the info guys.
