I just got a bottle of b12 and I want to do a shot today 1ml.
Can this shot be done in places where a regular steroid shot cant be or does it have to be in the same usual places?
Does b12 have to be massaged in just like a steroid shot so you dont get sore?
B12 actually helps cut down the pain from injecting steroids, and it also help increase your appetite, just mix it with you juice and shoot it bro, it doesnt matter where.
