    Trap Injections?

Give me some feedback on any you bros who have done trap injections. I figure my traps are good and dense and a good spot to hit. i checked out the correct location on spotinjections and im feeling kinda ballsy. Kinda tired of hitting the ass and delts. Any reason i should be concerned? oh, gonna use my ole trusty 23g 1"inch dart.

it is like a stiff neck ( if you will pardon the pun ) on steroids . The muscle contracts and pulls your head down to your shoulder - you look like a turtle hence the name " torticullis " - believe me Bro It sucked - the people that I treat and diagnose in the ER are miserable

Traps are about my favorite place to inject. They are dificult to get the feel for, and even then, they are difficult to hit. I get an awesome pump from it, and for a couple of days...they are a bit bigger.

I have run into problems doing traps...you cannot inject traps the day after working bis. Your bi will cramp while giving the shot and you are left with a dart bouncing around in your neck while you try and rub the cramping muscle. It ain't cool! They hurt like a bitch the first few times you hit them, and sleeping is almost impossible for the first couple of injects (there is no way to get your head and neck comfortable with the pillow putting pressure on your traps).

My favorite rotation is traps, tri's, bi's. If they start to get sore, I throw in delts or pecs for a week. It is good to have ample injection sites when going ED.

Delts, tris, quads, and glutes for me. I always hit a vein in bicep. Traps...too much that could go wrong IMO. Stretching the fascia of the trap will not tickle.

What the hell is all this boo hooing about traps!!! They are by far one of the best spots (for me anyways) to hit with just a sting going in. I get my g/f to hit there and my lats with no probs at all, so come on guys suck it up...and for everyone else....baby supplies aisle 2!!!
