workout time vs metabalism on cycle ?
Yea I am now in my 2nd week of my cycle, 50mg/ winy, clen , and cytomel . I am a college student so i don't have a lot of free time on my hands so i run in the morning around 5 30 and then go to sleep untill class. I heard running in the morning is the best time to run, but also heard that going to sleep afterwards f***s everything up. Any thoughts on this? Thanks
