i have no idea if this could be steroid related, but ive noticed today when i was done sh-ttin that the water was really red, like as if there was blood in my sh-t. anybody got any ideas? im not sick at all, and i feel fine, but its always good to be safe

Sounds like hemroids. Have had them since I was 15. If the blood is red and not dark it is peobably hemroids. I did not got to the doc for 5 years about it but I would suggest you go get it checked. It happens from holding your breath during lifts.

this is highly unlikely!!! A spot of blood in most cases is just a tear. Which can be caused by inflamed tissue from straining. Anyone who has not had this happen is simply not lifting heavy enough. I would get some powerlifting shorts(tight) and take it easy on the straining for a couple of weeks. Do reps on Squats and Leg Press.

I have had bleeding since i was 15. I have never heard that. Could be true but I would say very rare with red blood. Do go see a doc to be safe.

You may not believe this ****...but my buddy heard about Dr Tichners...and he poored it down the crack of his asshole. He said he nearly passed out. But they went away for 1 yr now. Note: I would rather see a Doc though!!

ok, ive never gotten this before. but this week i did cheap out on the toilet paper, maybe that has something to do with it? i bought the cheap azz 1 ply lol, and honestly it kills lol
i also for the last 3 weeks have been hittin legs very hard with pretty heavy weight for my size. im 188lbs and im ending squats at 405 x 6, hacks with 5 plates a side x 6, and leg presses at 9 plates a side x 8.
i actually did up the fiber this week and have been eating tons of broccoli. and because of that ive been ****tin alot, thats why i was thinking maybe the toilet paper.

im not on any orals at all. ive actually never even done any orals.

i definatly dont think i have hemroids, usually youd be able to see them, so ill look in the mirror today, but ususally if you have hems you feel them when you sit down. im gonna see if it happens again either today or tomorrow and if it does they i will definatly see a doctor

i had the same thing happen to me. not enough fiber. try eatin' alot of veggies/cereals and it should take care of it in a few days.

if it continues for a while, then you may want to see yoru doc.

From what I've been reading thru this thread you joined the "9 out of 10 people suffer hemerhoids" club...

Some of us get a minor case of it, others (like Mart) have it so bad they need surgery...

Just remember that anything that raises your pressure or blood thinners will make it worse (lots of folks get nasty hemerhoid bleeding when they are on ECA as it does both). And since BB's eat a lot, they... well... no need to explain this one do i?
