    I personally like Adex b/c it's cheaper for me...and works great.

    Letro is more potent but less advisable.
    If you're using 1mg/wk of test, consider letro. If not, go with Ldex.

    im doing 500 mg per week

    That's ideal....with 10mg/day of nolva as well.

    Potentially reduced HDL, which can be resolved with the addition of nolva.

    letro is not more expensive at all??? when you factor in nolvedex with liquadex!

    You would still want to run the Nolva with the letro. You don't run Nolva with L-dex because it's insuffecient, you run the Nolva for the SERM benefits

    can you explain me what is serm benifit? you need nolvedex with letro then??? I now totally confused!

    Yes, like Pheedno said, the SERM benefits of nolva means nolva is estrogenic in some tissue types and "antiestrogenic" in other tissue types. In the mammary, nolva is an estrogen antagonist (blocks the effects of estrogen). In bone and liver (among others), nolva is an estrogen agonist (acts as an estrogen). It's this estrogenic effect in bone and liver that is beneficial to us to help lipid profiles (cholesterol), which may be otherwise adversely affected by AIs like letro or Ldex, more so the former than the later.
