check out www.askjeeves.com - i helped a friend write a persuasive paper using all the info that's found by typing in that same question. there's tons of hits, and tons of great pages. just elaborate and bull**** on some of them.

The only reason why I train is so I can become a professional footballer, become a millionaire and sh*g all the models in Europe. Is there a better reason than that. LOL

Respect. . . AND pussy lot's of it too. basically vanity for me...
Let's face it, at least in my line of work (construction) a little meat on your arms means you can work harder and longer than the next guy. That goes along way and earns you respect with your peers.
Point the middle finger attached to a 20" arm out the window of your car, and the guy will gladly let you cut in front of him without any complains. (just kidding)
And last but definitely not least: Peel off your shirt on the beach and display a chiseled physique with a mean 6-pack that gets the ladies to giggle and you'll never want to go back.
Plus you can hang in the sack much longer once you're in shape. I literally feel weak and sick when I don't work out, so perhaps it's a physical addiction as well as a mental one.
Good luck with your paper Bro
