I'm going to start taking 30mg's of d-bol a day, I need to know what's better taking one tab every few hours or like 3 an hour or two before workout then 3 again a little after. Have heard different ideas about this want some opinions.

Take two tabs (10mg) every 4 hours for 4 weeks.

I take 1 every 3 hours. I think this keeps blood level more even.

Going to take 30mg for 4 weeks and taking 10mg nolva and .25 l-dex. Don't have clomid though, can I just take nolva pct if so how would I do that?
Hey bro, I hope your not takin Dbol on its own. If i was you I would take it with some type of test, but hey thats just me. Apart from that, Dbol is a great drug and does strange and wonderfull things 2 ur body that you will no doubt relise about 4 days after you start taking it. As for dosages bro, at 30 mgs per day, IMO its best to take 1 every few hrs and try 2 finish all of them b4 you train, otherwise just take the last 1 or 2 tabs after training split up with a few hrs between eachother ofcourse. Dont take them all at once though. It doesnt matter if you take 1 at once or 2 or 3 at once as long as you have enough of them to be able to split them throught-out the day with a few hrs between each tab.
