Injects look ok...time doesnt matter that much with long esters...

    Here's a routine I just started that I love

    sun-off
    m-shoulders
    t-chest
    w-back
    th-legs/calves
    f-bi/tri
    sat-off

    D

I find working back and bi's and chest and tri's work best. I think ifyou try switching your days like that you might find it works better.

I would not worry about changing your inject schedule now. As for your workouts, why not switch around day 3 and day 7, it's no big deal to do legs (or thighs as you called it) and chest/bis back to back. Also, and you didn't really ask this (so ignore if you want to), but I know for me I like to change my workout around every time I go to the gym. It is OK to plan it out ahead of time if you want to (I don't like to) but it really isn't good to do the exact same thing every single time you lift. Our bodies are a lot smarter than we think, and they get used to doing the exact same thing. If you mix it up every time you lift, it will challenge your muscles more. This is just my opinion and what I have seen to work best for myself and others...other people may disagree. It is OK to incorporate the major exercises into every workout (squats for legs, bench for chest, etc.) but it good to change up the order of exercises and do some different ones as well. I would do a little research on your lifting program, for example, why the dips on chest/bis day? It is primarily a triceps exercise. There are a few other things that make me wonder also, maybe post in the exercise forum for some advice. Sorry so long....good luck!
