I starting taking dianabol yesterday and my pecs felt kinda tingly half way through my workout, then I went to flat bench w/ dumbells and when I finished the tingling was gone. I got back and about an hour later it felt kinda warm behind each nipple...and lasted about 2.5 hours then slowly went away...The question is: should I start my nova now and take throughout the cycle, or wait untill my cycle is finished....im afraid of getting bitch tits
ok, here's a few things
1)how old are you?
2)what else are you running with the dbol?
3)eat 20mg of nolva per day. and use it in pct. along with clomid.
4)is this your first 'cycle'

as above....this is my first cycle(36mg a day, broken down to taking 12mg at lunch, a little while before workout(6-7pm'ish), and around 11.
Stop right now and no harm will be done.Train natural for a few more years and in the mean time research ASS,diet and training.
Bad idea. If you continue this cycle, you will not keep the gains you put on. For example, I had a friend lose 7lbs the first week he got off a dbol only cycle, and everything else was downhill from there.Quote:
