2nd cycle question

hey guys im a steroid novice and new member and Im wondering what I should do for my seconde cycle. My first cycle I was kind of stupid and did 25mg dbol /ED and gained 30 lbs. and maintained 17 with clomid.Im currently 5'9'' 175 lbs. On my next cycle I want to do a really smart stack with deca and either sustanon 250 or test 250. I am looking for help with choosing between the 2 substances and how to stack them. Also, help with which anti-ests to use and a ballpark price range for it all will really be appreciated. Thanks guys.

a single ester test like enan. or cyp would be a good cycle.
1-10 500mg 2 shots per week
pct 2 weeks after last shot

I was originally planning on just using about that dosage of test but I was concerned with the fact that I heard you don't maintain most of your gains when just using test. That's why I planned on using deca along with it. Is this incorrect?

Deca doesnt help you retain more of your test gains, it just adds more gains because you are taking more gear. You can retain your test gains so long as you do proper PCT.
