Hey guys. Originally I was gonna do winny towards the end of my sus/dbol cycle, but I decided not to get it since everyones saying test only for 1st cycle. I want to get alittle more cut than I am now. Any suggestions of supplements. Obviously I will do more cardio and eat less carbs, but is there anything I can take during PCT or after PCT to help me do this? Thanks. :lift:
clen and eca works well for alot of ppl.
I'd just clean up the diet and hit the cardio...no drugs burn fat...just help to be anti-catabolic.....
If I add clen, cycle should last for the duration of PCT (3 weeks) or longer? The Clen handbook in the educational forum states cycling 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, but another website says it should be run 8-10 weeks. What's good?
Unless your clen contains ketotifin...you need to go 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off!
I would train naturaly for the time it takes to recover fully. Don't diet just recover and build a little more.
When you are fully recovered, jump back on some test. It will be much easier to cut and maintain muscle when on a cycle.
