    Exclamation first cycle of test and dbol how should i take the dbol

    hey whats up guys ?? its me again just about to start my first cycle of test prop and dbol i have 8 weeks of test and i have 750mgs of dbol how should i take the dbol with the test should i wait untill the second week and do a 5665 pill cycle or is there a certian mg i shouldnt go over .... if you have any ideas on what i should do please respond.

    my bad guys its not test prop its test enatate... if that makes any diffrence

    Run the test for 10-12 weeks and a good Dbol dose is 30 mgs ed.

    If you are using enanthate just run the dbol for the first 4 weeks to jump start your cycle. Do the calculations yourself on how many mgs per day im to lazy to do it myself......LOL.

    if you have 5 or 10mg tabs, i like to split mine up into 10mgs, 3 times a day (morning, early afternoon, late afternoon)

    depends on your diet bro. give some stats and we can get a better idea of what you're workin with. also 2 hrs/d 6 days per week is alot careful not to overtrain.

    You are obviously trying to bulk, and add weight?

    1 hour is all you need. With rest and diet, and adding cardio, you should see good gains. Your workout should be intense,and heavy.

    What about you PCT, im not sure you mentioned any?

    im 6"4 190lbs 8% body fat soo if u have any ideas on what kind of diet i should be on k dog please let me know.

    cut me a break im a newbie meaning this will be my first cycle id rather hear it from someone who has done it then read about from who knows what wrote it

    diet for you should be what it was just increase calorie intake up to 3500 to 4000. Post your cycle and pct if you know what it is

    I'm on a test/dbol cycle....just started week 5 and dropped the dbol.
    weight is up from 153 to 176...bench is up around 30lbs to 305 and squat is up around 50 lbs to 405
