400mg is a nice first cycle with EQ.I'd run test E with it.But if you can take ed shots of prop,better yet!!
Prop will give you almost to no bloat but you will need to inject at minimum EOD..... ED is best to keep blood levels stable.
You could do this:
1 - 15 Prop 75mg ED
1 - 12 EQ 500mg
1 - 15 Nolva 10mg ED
1 - 15 L-dex .25mg ED
Start PCT 3 days after last Prop injection:
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 21 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 22 - 28 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
it doesn't really matter which test you use w/ the eq b/c test is test. however, if you take prop, you'll be injecting every day or eod at the least. sust i've heard is good to run w/ eq. but many people are susceptable to getting the sust flu. it usually lasts for 3 days i've heard. i like the idea of enan every 3.5 days. you also want to run the test one more week more than the eq.Quote:

2nd cycle that is enough......... but I would add the anti-e's I listed.
my first cycle ends the last week of this month. how long should i wait to start the 2nd? my first will last 12 weeks.and is running hcg at 500ius every 4th day throughout my 2nd cycle a good idea or not???
the time you were on the cycle and PCT is the time you should take off.
I really don't think HCG is needed on a first cycle...... you should have been running a test only cycle and running clomid and nolva would recover HPTA.
But if you feel you need to run HCG I would run 500iu's on Sat and Sun....... and do not run HCH durring PCT

pct stands for "post cycle therapy" to fight the estrogen backlash and bring your natural test back up as quickly as possible.
i'm going to run:

some supplements (in addition to your creatine & glutamine) you might want to consider in pct:
HMB 3-10 g ed in 2 or 3 divided doses (decreases muscle breakdown..repairs)
ZMA (to bring nat test back up)
Tribulus 3-4 g ed (to bring nat test back up)
L-Carnitine 500mg 2x ed (increases cutting and recovery time..anti-catabolic)
Phosphatidylserine 800mg (divided doses) to inhibit cortisol and catabolism
