question on prop/primo stack

i will be starting propinate in may along with primobolin. i planned on doing 300mgs a week of the primos,but wasnt sure on how much to take on the prop im 5'7" and weigh 170 at about 8% body fat. how much prop should i take every other day and would it be benificial to add eq to this cycle.I plan on doing winny my seventh week in and run nolva at 20mgs a day throughout the cycle. also is it safe to run winny more than 4 weeks i know its toxic to the liver.and if i take milk thisle with it how much should i take
