best way to cycle deca

Sup fellas. I was wondering what would be the best way to cycle deca? THis will be my 3rd cycle. Also i am very prone to gyno. I need to know what to cycle it with anti-e's,pct and all! Any help would be fgreatly appreciated!!
I would like to add quality pounds and losse bf.

165lbs
10%bf

first don;t do it alone..
second if you want to lose b/f then deca isn;t a good idea since its increases IM fat and will cause you to gain weight

with test as a base

nolva for gyno protection. Lose the fat after the cycle...cant cut and bulk at the same time

Test an Deca is pretty much the standard stack. Good bulker....btw cutting and gaining weight isn't very possible...you must add some fat to gain some muslce.

So with a deca and test cycle is novla the only anti-e you need??

nope. you need something for the deca gyno... bromo or b6

I liked Deca and Test Enan at 400/500mg a week respectively.

With Deca must use Test too Bro. Make sure you have bromo and B-6 on hand to combat gyno. Nolva @ 10mg ED in addition

How often do you take bromo and b-6 . Ed or just when gyno symptoms occur. Also could someone layout a PCT for a deca and test cycle. Whats the best kind of test to use with deca. And how much??
