is it safe to place ur hgh&insulin in lunch pale with ice packs rather than in da refrigarator. i dont want to put in frig cause i dont want any family to see it

As long as you are keeping the product cool and it has a constant temperature then not to worry. Just be sure to keep changing the ice packs. I would look at an alternative method though.

put its a pain in da ass changing them sometimes i forget .and when i do i know there not cool enough but their cool .i cant put in frig. cause in 3 months i shuld be 20 pounds hevier and i know that my family will know it was hormones i was taking .it wouldnt be easy teling them it was vitamins

This may sound stupid, but what about buying one of those small refrigerators that you can get for your car. Either that or buy a small refrigerator for your bedroom, keep some Buds in it and your supplements.
