    Catabolic stages????

    What are some major factors that can force ur body into a catabolic stage, after a cycle.....im just curious, because i have best friend took a cycle where he grew nicely, did proper PCT and a month after he lost everything he ever gained, his diet was almsot the same and so was his work out routine. Im also bringing this up, because im actually going to start my NOLVA PCT 5 days late, and just scared ithat something could happen...

    Yes, but im do think i even need the NOLVA, never have used it before ....Just use CLOMID, i usuallk keep 80% of all my gains with just that

    i learned my lesson on my first cycle like 5 years ago, i did just test/deca cycle...Gained a little, lost only a little, didnt do any PCT ....but then 2 motnhs later i lost any gains that had gained.. I was back to where i was before the cycle.....

    clomid, nolva, Ldex for pct...period. You may have kept 80%.....but you LOST 20%.

    Increase amino acid intake or at least maintain it post cycle. You have a huge onslaught of cortisol post cycle once AAS levels become low enough to sufficiently compete with cortisol receptors. SHBG levels are high post cycle (Ldex will help control that to some degree).

    Clen and ECA are good for anticatabolics..
    Insulin is great, but not advised for someone not ready.
    IGF-1 is similar to insulin.

    I really like einstein1905's answers! he could hve just said "Increase amino acid intake or at least maintain it post cycle" but he also took the time to give a reason!
