i would use a 23g 1'' for my traps.... 2'' is wayyyy to long for traps unless you're 7' tall and over 500 lbs... :lol:

bro I feel the same way. I want goldberg traps. I am about half way there. Train hard bro and they will come.
i mean i have big traps they could just be bigger, i shrug everything in site and mix plenty of other lifts that work the old trapezius
