    Good strength cycle for MMA/grappler/kickboxer

    I am looking to find a good cycle that will help with strength, but won't get me messed up on my cardio endourance for long grappling matches and MMA training. I know dbol tends to cramp you up, so is not suggested for grappling. Any suggestions? I'm thinking Test E or Cyp, but what to stack??

    Is this your first cycle? If so can't go wrong with a test only cycle. I tend to prefer test prop. only because I can make it myself, therefore it is cheap and I know exactly whats in it.

    It will be my third cycle...I've been bulking with test/decca/dbol cycle because I'm not training (grappling/mma) right now...but starting back soon and want to make sure I don't use something that will hinder my training...

    I always used prop with tren . With proper diet, you can avoid a weight gain. Strength increase was very good. Aggression goes up which helps both in the gym and on the mat.

    id recommend prop/fina, and as far as training for strength goes, do more sets of 5 and lower reps.

    I don't want to cut though, I really don't mind getting mass either...but I just don't want to mess up my endourance and wind...So really I guess I'm looking for which aas to avoid...How do you dose fina?? Haven't experimented with that yet...

    Fina can make your endurance suffer a little. It took me several weeks the first time to figure out how best to deal with the effect. Train like you will fight as much as possible. Explosive moves, near max lifts, etc.

    I would do fina and prop ED at 75mg each.

    No fina it kills endurance, and drop the deca it just puts on added weight, and when you start training youll hate your life if your on dbol .

    I agree with the hatred of dbol while training. I was preparing for the 1998 Nationals and wanted to bulk a little still far enough out that I could still make weight. The dbol blew me up horribly and my cardiovascular system could not keep up with the weight gain. I laid on the mat like a fish.

    But with fina, you may feel gassed at first, but I worked through it. Plus, I get real aggressive on fina.

    Sounds like fina is a favorite...do you need to take that every day??

    Test Prop and VAR - good lean mass adder and Var makes you strong as h*ll - when I was training MMA - I liked Halo - made me so f*cking aggressive - but I got so gassed - took all my wind

    be careful with test or dbol , it will kill your endurance. Remember if you cant breathe you cant fight. I ran 500 mg test and 400 EQ for 14 weeks and it killed my endurance, remember endurance is the most improtant thing in our sport. I was a lot stronger but I would gas in form 10 minutes of rolling. If you dont have a fight or tourney coming up, go for a decent cycle, otherwise stay off AS until you have time to focun only on gains. Also I noticed that it dosent make you a bad ass all the sudden but it does help a little. Oh yeah make sure to run proper pct, it helps a lot.
