Can one get gyno without symptoms?
I was just wondering if gyno can form without the typical symptoms (itchy, burning)?

Dont understand this question really. If there are no symptoms then no gyno.

i think what he is saying is can the lump just appear with no symptoms like itchy or puffy nipples? I would say yes.

The lump is a symptom. With out the lump he has no symptoms or inflamation of the mammory gland thus no side affects of an estrogen build up or invasion of the receptors. So I dont know what else to say here. No symptoms no gyno.
