Laying down around 9:30 or so to get a "good" amount of rest to work and hit the gym hard the next day, and I stay up rolling and tossing side to side all night. Get maybe a solid 2 hours sleep? Next day feel beat, tired, and feel like I haven't really slept in weeks.
Anyways... enough bitching, Fina and Test. I think Fina is doing it, becuase test never did in the past. I know my bp is up higher than normal, which I'm going to check on tomorrow... but I wasn't sure if taking something like Ambien, or anything at all to help me sleep is a bad idea. Considering "uppers" and "downers" at the same time can cause some issues with your heart, and with heart problems in my family I don't want to risk it.
Let me know what you guys think... I'm out of ideas. I've tried lifting different times of the day, eating at different times, I'm not sure.... ears and eyes open.

Yeah when I am on fina I get about 3-4 hours of sleep a night and then take a nap during the afternoon.
