Winny will help retain muscle and can help burn fat indirectly. Clen has a more direct fat burning property. It is hard to say which is better for dieting IMO.

4 plates is on target as usual with his advice. Diet and cardio is the only thing that will make u loose fat!, clen and winney taken togeather will help in that aid. the clenbuterol will aid u in loosing fat the winney will aid u in getting hard. But i CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH STERIODS ARE NOT MIRICALE DRUGS AND WILL NOT MAKE U BIG AND STRONG OR LEAN AND DEFINED. IT TAKES HARD WORK AND DEDICATION TO DO THIS. DIET IS THE NUMBER ONE FACTOR WHETER WANTING TO GAIN OR LOOSE WEIGHT.

thanks for the help guys! one more ? this mite have been asked arelady but super clen isn't a fat burner i read its makes u hungry and sleepy what would people use this for end of cycle?
