Started 2nd Fina Cycle
I started my second Fna cycle on Friday and already feel amazing. I don't know if it is the mentality of knowing that I am on or what but its insane how I feel right now. Yesterday I benched 400 for 3 reps at the end of my workout and today I cleand 300 for 3 reps at the end of my workout. I am sweating like crazy all day long and pissing every 10 minutes from all of the water I am drinking. I am 30 years old, currently weigh 270 lbs at 6'0". I feel like my muscles are ready to explode. I had the same effects on the last cycle of Fina (a year ago). The last time I kept a running log of gains and caught a lot of crap from those that had a hard time believing my gains. I don't have a camera or I would post some pics. For those that want to flame, just know that I have a lot of better things to do than sit here and make stuff up.. Hopefully I can help those that are thinking of taking Fina to join in on the fun.

Just ended week one and everything is great except today when I tried to do shoulders I started experienceing this severe burning in my delts. Kind of like lactic acid build up or something. The pain was so intense that I had to stop lifting. Has anyone experienced this before and what the hell is it?

I have been sick in bed for the past three days. Everytime I swallow it is like I just swallowed razor blades, chest conjestion and now nasal drainage. I am never sick like this, could it be from the FINA? I have'nt taken a shot since Monday and have'nt trained since then either. Am I doing the right thing by not taking injections? I am now on antibiotics and starting to feel a little better, but am scared to start back.

yes..the fina did that to me too, but over time your body will adapt to it and everything will be fine...just give it some time

I am finished with my third week on now and am still getting this terrible burn in my shoulder and upper arm everytime I train any upper body. I did bench today 315 x 10 on my 2nd warm up set and my shoulders started burning so bad I had to stop. What the heck is it and what is causing it? Anyone have any answers. Is it the FINA?

I am going to be doing Fina next month. Are you running it ed or eod? What do you recommend. I was told there was a bi difference between ed and eod. My fried said if im going to do it ed then 35 mg everyday instead of 75 mg. What do you think?

I am running it everyday. I have done this with both cycles. The only bad part about about ed injections is that I get really tired of sticking myself everyday. I have been rotating between delt, tri, glute, and quad injections. That gives me 8 sites, so the soreness is gone by the time I get back to a spot.

I did legs today and think I have found the source of my pain in my shoulders. On my first working set of cleans they started burning like a mofo. The pull is what is killing me. Why? I have no idea, it has never happened until I started with the Fina. I don't think I will do cleans for another couple of weeks. I had a great squat day. I am getting back to the same strength on my legs as when I played football.
Squats to the floor:
135 x 10
225 x 10
275 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 3
405 x 3
455 x 3
500 x 1 This one wasn't quite as low as the others, but was still below parallel.
My appetite is breaking my bank. I want to eat everything in sight. We are about to begin spring training and I have been doing alot of agilities and bag drills. This is about the only cardio I have been getting.
I am a weightlifting coach and have a kid that is a junior in high school that qualified for the State Meet. He is in the 219 lb weight class, he weighs 208 and Benches 370 and Clean and Jerks 300. I got the list of all of the kids that qualified and there is a kid that Benches 450 and Clean and Jerks 380. What makes this so insane is the kid weighs 204.
I know this has nothing to do with what I have been doing, but I just had to share with you guys because I thought was insane. I can't wait to see what this kid looks like.

I am finished with week 4 today. I did shoulders today and I amazed myself on shrugs. I was planning on stopping at 405 for my last set but it was so easy I just wanted to see what I could do. I then put on 495 and did it 10 times then 585 and did it 6 times and then did 675 for 4 reps. The bar was actually bent after the last set. What a crappy bar, I thought those bars were supposed to handle 10000 lbs psi. I could hardly do anything else after. !35 on upright rows felt like 1000 lbs. I about ripped the skin off my hands because I was not using straps. I am starting to feel like a pin cushion, I kind of dread the shots every night so lately I have been letting my wife give them to me and boy is that a mistake. She jabs me like she is trying to hurt me and I am not to sure she isn't enjoying herself a little in my discomfort. She does't understand "PUSH SLOW", she injected my tricep the other night in about half a second and it blew up like a **** balloon. I am having little to no side effects which is great and I feel like I could lift the world when in the gym. The only negative thing I have been experiencing is that I have no energy.
