Test E Dose?

I am 6'2 185 and I was wondering if a Dose of 250 or 500 a week would be better of Test E. This will be my first cycle so i am hesitant on throwing EQ at 400 a week in there as well.. What do you guys think? Test only first cycle seems to be the pick but I kind of would like to use the EQ as well.

First cycles aren't long enough for EQ, which should be ran a minimum of 12 weeks (the commonly agreed upon minimum)
First Cycle:
Weeks 1-10: Test Enanthate @ 250mg E4D
Nolva @ 10mg ED throughout.
L-Dex @ .25 ml ED Throughout
Tribulus @ 4 gm ED Throughout.
