Iv been looking but havent found an answer so heres my question. When doing an ECA stack you take it 3 times a day But when threw out the day do you take it? I'll be doing 25/200/100 3 times a day.
1st dose---Before or after morning cardio on an empty stomach???
2nd dose---Before or after lunch???
3rd dose---Before or after workout(lifting)around 5pm???
