Femara or Ldex which is better,i know many use .25 of Ldex what dose is good with Femara?

bang for the buck femera but ldex is safer. add in some nolvedex an dyou should be fine. 1.25mg femera per eod or ed!

femera is good...but the L-dex/nolva combo is the best out there...

That number for femara is a bit high, but that's in postmenopaual women with low levels of aromatizable substrate.....those numbers don't apply to us....not even close. Even at 1mg/day of Ldex, you'd likely still have higher than normal estrogen levels while on cycle.
Ldex has advantages of over femara.....less potential to affect HDL.....less time to reach therapeutic plasma levels.
Use Ldex unless you're using high mg/wk test numbers
