www.spotinjections.com will show you the exact place to inject.........don't worry, quads are easy
I do mostly quad shots...i just slightly poke the needle around my quad (obvioulsy not even breaking the skin) until I find a spot thats not sensitive (no nerves) and then push in and inject... its not that bad
I am still scared shatless though... I am gonna do anyway, but I thougt it would be nice to hear some of you guys who have been through the same thing

a lot (including myself) prefer quad shots... i feel like i have way more control versus glutes, delts, etc...
All I do is Quads. the best advice and can give is do it slowly and take your time. You will eventually find all the spots that are virtually pain free.
i was scared of quads for about 8 weeks, then i just charged and it was so easy and painless. good stuff, last few weeks i have just been switching between both legs
I just did it...it may be mental, but it feels like my legs keeps tightening up. pain was nil, just a little irritation when I moved the pin around to aspirate. THANKS for all the confidence and motivation guys, I don't think I could have done it without ya!
I'm a glute guy myself, but I'll definitely have to look into other options when I do my next cycle which will be ED or EOD shots of Prop/EQ.
Oh my god it is sore...the shot itself didn't hurt at all, but my quads are tight and sore as hell right now, it has only been about 20 minutes since my shot...how long will this last, I was NEVER sore in my glutes
I JUST STARTED DOING QUADS... ITS GOING TO BE A LITTLE SORE MORE SO THAN GLUTE BUT IT GOES AWAY IN A DAY OR SO. DONT WORRY I FELT THE SAME WAY YOU DID, BUT AFTER THAT FIRST ONE ITS EASY :banana:

I was a little worried the first time I did a quad shot as well, but now I look forward to the days when I do quad shots. They are the easiest and least painful to me.
I love delt shots and occasionally my quads. I did a quad sht the otehr day and it hurt for like 3 days, must have hit a nerve or something.
