try some worm pledget, it will do the work and you will have no pain.;)
Depends if you believe in the theory of "localized growth" . If so, suck it up pussy! ;) (Do it before a workout, so as to get blood flowing to the site after injection to try to disperse the steroid evenly into the muscle)
If not, drink it like sk* said.
Get this,
I injected some winny for last time EVER in November. I injected into my right glute and i thought that I'd actually started getting it right. 2 days later and i couldn't sit down, stand up squat or whatever. I had a word with a nurse and she said that I'd hit the nerve and hopefully it would return to normal.
It took 8 days to return to normal and that was the worst 8 days of my life! So never winny again.
i want bigger tris and calves otherwise I would definately drink it. Ill see the results after a week of usage maybe Ill switch thnak you

i was just about to put up a post about this one i am starting a cycle of winny soon and i am wanting to site inject in my tris and delts ! how soon after injecting should i train ? is 0.5 ml in each tri enough ? how does this sound ?
monday chest
tuesday 0.5 ml in each tri and train tri and byi
wednesday back
thursday 0.5 in each delt and train delts
friday legs
sat 1ml in arse
sunday nothing ?
i am also taking suston and test prop as well but i am sticking to my but and thighs for these as i have heard they are more painful !:lift:

Just the drink the shit,
i find test prop, and in particular virormone the best for spot injections.
dont drink it, if ur lookin for local growth the suspension is the way to go, shoot b4 u work out to really get the blood flowing and to move the particualr matter around, thats what i did for my last winny cycle and it really helped reduce the soreness

No matter how many times I hear it I will never be convinced (due to experience) that drinking winny does the same thing as injecting.. I shoot it with a 25g 3cc neddle and I cant feel a fucking thing... Im usually sore after the first week than my body adapts so just tuff it out!!!
