I would like to list the following pointers for people before posting.

1 Do a search before you write a question.It is likely to have been answered many times before.

2 Please read over your post prior to posting it.This will save a lot of time for people reading it and causes less confusion.Some of the posts make no sense and are hard to understand.

3 The mods/vets do not get paid for offering advice on the board nor do other members so our time is limited.Therefore stating all the facts before asking about a cycle would really be appreciated.These include age,height,stats,training exp,and your own personal goals.

4 All the advice here is based on peoples own opinons, so showing respect for someone elses opinon whether you agree or not is paramount

5 For us to help you , you need to help yourself first that means read and research the subject you wish to learn about.That way when you do ask the question the answers will be clearer to you.

Dammit billy I leave for a while and I come back to find you still a smart Mofo, and posting great freakin posts like this. Okay maybe I am buttie kissin alittle.. maybe just alittle.
