eq at 4-600mgs per week for 10 weeks. winny at 50mgs per day for the last 6weeks. can not go wrong with that!

I'm taking EQ and winny and am currently doing cardio 20 min every morning, some situps and trainging later in the day. anything else i should do to cut up as quickly as possible?
would cardio twice a day be worth it?

I would alter my carb intake. Definitley reducing and cutting out most carbs in the mid afternoon into the evening. Try to get them into your morning to lunch time diet.
Cardio twice a day will help, but be sure to get enough calories and protein to keep lean mass.
Amean Strong, good advise, If you do EQ and Winny, you will shread fat. You may even want to cut down on your cardio if you find it will hurt your gains and make you loose muscle mass. Eat plenty of protein, and keep the cardio but be careful not to over do it. Train hard, and keep a positive attitude, you will see that the weight will just fall off.
Just a quick Q I am going to cycle EQ & Winny is there anything else i should be taking with them or are they fine alone.and how much and when should i take them?
