    Eq and hunger

    I am doing some TT Eq right now with T400 and I am hungry like a mutherfucker all of the time. Is there any kind of supplement that will supress my hunger. I spent $100 on groceries 3 days ago and almost everything is gone. Im not looking to gain much weight off of this cycle, but at the rate Im going ill gain 50lbs.

    ECA. . .Ephedrine is supposed to suppress appetite. That's what I am trying, but it's only my 4th day, and It's already getting out of hand...i swear that TT EQ is in NOT boldenon undecynate. It is esterless boldenon, that shit kicks my ass right from the start.

    What I do when I get hungry in between my 2 hour feeding schedule (Yes, I can not even last 2 hours sometimes. ) I slam a quick 20-30g whey shake w/ 5g of glutamine to hold me over, I am cutting, so I only eat carbs at scheduled feedings every two hours. In my book, you can NEVER get enough protein.

    But boy, do the gains ever kick some serious ass?

    i dont know about appetite suppresants bro. but i am with you on the eq hunger! gain all the size you can bro! a bigger muscle can be a more cut muscle.

    Have any of you used ** eq? That is what I am on and the hunger hasn't set in yet. I am on day 11 of doing 500mg a week and no hunger yet.

    Poppa maybe u should try Redux. It's appetite supressant. I heard it works wonders...But I never tried it.

    I am eating enough to feed a small village. Im just worried most of what I eat will turn into fat.

    Just make sure its not bad food. Of course you know not to go to McD's. ect... So make it a ton of tuna, chicken, and fish.

    Poppa I know where your coming from. I gain weight very easy and I'm always afraid it's gonna stay around my mid section. Which it seems to do.
    Just try and lean healthy foods.

    clories are still calories lean or not and if you eat alot you can still gain some unwanted body fat. I personaly did not experience that crazy hunger since i am always hungry as it is. I usually take ripped/fuel and that helped alot to curb the carb cravings that i had while cutting.

    Just wonderin if you eat a lot of protein but low carbs while on Equip and your trying to cut will it affect the cutting process? Im talking like over 300 grams, what do you guys think? Even though its your on low carbs, will all the extra calories affect you? Peace, Doc.

    I always thought that if your taking in more than your body can handle, most of the excess is pissed away or stored as fat. I believe your body can digest 30 to 40 grams of protein every 2 hours. Sometimes it varies when your taking AS though.

    If you are hungry, eat. Don't think since you have attained yourprotein requirements for theday, that you are not allowed to eat anymore. You're on sauce, take advantage. . .justeat healthy. The more muscle you have, the leaner you look.
