    Elbow Pain

Last friday I was doing seated overhead triceps extensions and suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my left lbow, where it connects with the tricep muscle. I have not done arms exercises since friday and if feels much better.

How long should I let it heal?

I often use Move Free. Even for bad sorness and pain it helps. Its Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Its not that expensive and I would recommend using it every day.

glass, you most likely strained a tendon.....when you can move it with light weight and no discomfort at all....your good to go....watch your form....start out light and work up from there....if you feel ANY pain or discomfort, STOP cause your not ready....
