ok, I'm doing my winny depot.
my original plan was to do 1.5 ml MWF. but now I'm thinking about switching to 1ml-M, 2ml-W, 1ml-F, my logic being my heaviest/best lift days are t-th.
what plan is better?
also, I have some creatine I'm taking with it, kind of a psedo stack. any problem there?

From every thing I have told from the vets namely God (MIke) is that you should run 50 to 100 ed and it would be optimal to to break that dosage up every 4 to 6 hours a day.
Creatine pretty much makes you retain water and winny inhibits water retension so I would think the two would be counteractive. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

every day? Geez, my ass is already starting to feel like a pin cushion! and that's another question, can you drink depot or do you have to run it? will it still work?
so I should drop the creatine? shit, I already dumped it in 5lbs of Whey! I can't very well pick it all out!! haha guess I should ask BEFORE I get these bright ideas!

you can drink the winny!! no longer must you stick yourself (for this cycle)
and I'd say 50mgs ed is good.
creatine in the whey.. i dont think it will do much damage really..
maybe buy another protien untill the cycles over??
