    Diet for cutting down?

    I'm on EQ - fifth week, & winny - 2 1/2 week. i'm done my bulking stage and want to start cutting up. what should an effective diet should look like for cutting quick?

    Lower you carbs bro, eat plenty of protein and do cardio. May want to limit your cardio to like 3 times a week, 30 mintues a day. Too much cardio and you may loose some of your gains from yoru bulking cycle.
    Keep your carbs up in the mornings and minimum to no carbs at night, (maybe an insolin spike after a workout) but that is it. I cut my carbs out after about 6:00, to almost nothing. Do that and you will see massive gains. Good luck bro.

    what do you eat for protein, thats low in fat and carbs?
    (besides shakes and bars)


    ot: anyone know of the nutritional info, and any good recipes for egg whites?
