Critique my first cycle...
Correct me if anything doesnt make sense...
My stats are 5'9 180lbs, 13-15%body fat...Wanna finally get that 6pack!
Ok I am currently trying to design my cycle. Main goal is to create a short and good cutting cycle, with an emphasis on safety and fat loss (Hopefully i can add a good amount of lean mass at the same time).
So far its shaping up like this...
Weeks 1-10 400mg EQ (shot twice a week)
Weeks 1-10 500mg Sustanon 250
weeks 7-12 ** Winny tabs 50mg ED (must it be chewed?YUCK!)
weeks 1-10 Clen/ECA (2w on/ 2w off)
weeks 7-10 T3 (20 days) UP CONST DOWN
4 days 6days 10days
5% 40% 55%
2 44444444 33222111.5.5.5
weeks 13-15 Clomid 300mg day 1, 100mg 10days, 50mg 10 days
a little Nolvadex on hand...and If cash permits it, some armidex along the way.
My diet will be high in Protein and low on carbs, aside from high fiber vegetables. I currrently train 5days a week weights AND do my 30mins of cardio.
Hope it looks good to go:lift: then I can go collect my stuff!
