Need/cycle help
hello all
can someone give me help with a great fatloss cycle.. after a car wreak and 23 weeks of rehab I am now trying to get back into shape, body fat is 22% (about) and I am 290 lbs come on bros I need help I feel like a newbie......

The best advice I can give you is to start working out naturally at first. Youll be amazed on the progress youll make. Do cardio early a.m., and get into a weight training rountine.
After that we'll talk about cycles. Good luck bro
