Was doing 35lb weighted dip and no pain or nothing, but at the end of the set, i get like a "shock" to my collar bone area. as if when i was dipping my collar bone went deep into my body than after the set , it stops being compressed and goes up. i dont know how to explain it...





heres an older video of me with no weight... form is still the same.. i dont get it... i have seen some nice strength gains ever since i started doing dips so i dont want to stop but if it will be a problem, then i will cut off the dips...


why am i experiencing this collar bone shock at the end of the set. i dont feel it while i am working out, just at the end of my last rep when i get off it. anyone ever experience this or know anything about this?
