Been liftin off n on for while, just startin to take it real serious (eatin right n ****). ne one have suggestions about diet, cardio, lift regime etc. 5'11" ~165-170, goal is 200lb and shredded. Also havnt taken cycle and dont plan too unless necessary. Thnks

Do some searches bro. You'll find just about all the info you need here but no one is going to create a whole program for you for free.

My routine as of now
Mon- chest
Tues- back
Wed- legs
Thurs- shoulders
Fri- tris
Sat- bis n forearms
Sun- cardio
abs everyday
My concern bout diet is carbs cuz i feel myself limiting them n was wonderin if all the low carb isht goin around is messin wit my progress

I strongly believe you are what you eat. I am a huge carb eater, and that's what has to be done to gain. Do alot of research on your diet...

That's a very general statement. If someone just starts loading up on "huge carbs" they can get a huge belly. Protein is what your muscles use for fuel to grow. There's a lot of great info and helpful people in the diet forum. Check it out.
