When I first started lifting as a 15 year old 9th grader, I was 140 lbs @ 5'7. At 16, I was 190lbs.
17: 205.
18-19:215->170.
20: 185.
20-21: 185->230->200.
22: steady low 200s.
My weight has fluctuated a lot, so has my size. I don't have pictures of me at all of these ages and weights (might be able to dig some out of my parents' mounds of photos, but that's too much work). Here are some photos to show some of this.

My sister was killed in a car wreck december 15th 2001, and I lost all cares about everything, but I lifted like a mad man and got strong as hell (and FAT) over the next 3 months

yea bjayg, thinks are definitely getting better. I herniated a disc last year and my lifting has been subpar for the past year. Motivation was down and desire was nill, but I'm finally getting back into it. I still can't squat, but I've been doing heavy leg presses.
Thanks test!

thanks essy. hopefully in 2 months I can post pictures of me 190-200 with single digit bodyfat!
and i know certain areas are lacking, i.e. arms big time! I've always focused more on being strong than on looking good. Only recently has that changed due to an injury that won't allow me to lift excessive weights anymore.

thanks for the comments guys. As to the low bf... I mainly just want to get down to 7-8 so I can look good for the second half of summer (when it really gets hot up here). Then I will keep controlled, but let my fat rise a bit. My problem is even after I do get somewhat lean, I always let it get out of control and then it takes me like 5 months to get kinda lean again.

Actually, I did really really well for 2 years. That's when I went from 215 down to 170, and then slowly and cleanly up to 185. Then after my sister died I have had a hard time sticking to anything. I'm finally getting fed up with myself being a lazy ass, and I'm definitely going to stick to it this time.

yea thats what normally happens... if u want it "man up" and stick to it. You can do it and you'll be proud of yourself when u get it done. Sometimes we just get off track due to certain things in life. U just need some motivation :lift:

Dude..... your insults are starting to piss me off. Post your pics or get the F*ck outa this section of the site as you have nothing to show for comments against others. Frankly even if your flawless (which I HIGHLY Doubt) you still have no right to judge others. I personally think he has made great progress and looks very thick.

Well, after dieting for 2 months (and slacking a bit cuz I'm still a messed up, head case, *****...) I've gotten considerably leaner than I was.
http://www.erafx.com/photos/diet/8weeks/front.jpg
I'm still weighin in around 195, so I've dropped about 10lbs so far on my diet.
Thanks for all the comments ;)

Did test enanthate/dball last year. That's what got me up to 225, though I was 215 before the cycle. I thought I'd gain more, but o well. I could hardly move at that weight. To look to the side, I had to turn my whole body lol. I like the size I'm at now much better, I can actually get around and I feel healthy.

You look MADD here.. I think 225 is YOUR look.You don't look bad at the lower weights. But a lean 215-220 would look incredible on your frame.
Criticism:
Wider thicker back and bigger arms.. maybe a bigger lateral delt
Looking good tho bro

Thanks. My arms are definitely too small, they never seem to grow. I think my back is pretty wide, it just doesn't show in the rear double bi pose. Here's two lat spreads from last year: http://erafx.com/photos/front_spread.jpghttp://erafx.com/photos/lat_spread.jpg
As I get older, I have less and less interest in being big. I've always been stronger than I was big. Right now at 195lbs, I'm benching 385x5. I might get bigger again, but this size feels comfortable to me.
Thanks for the input.

I agree, you look great. I dont think that you have small arms, i think that it because your chest is sooooo thick and developed that it just draws attention to it. I agree, 215 same shape you would look sick.
keep up the great work!!!

My arms are only 16.5 now, biggest ever was just over 17. Chest is 48", so yes it does draw the most attention.
If I can get my back fixed (badly bulging disc near my L5 has kept me from doing squats and deads for the past year) then I could probably easily hit 215 fairly lean.
Thanks for the comments.

Though they don't really look it in the pics, my legs were 28" at their biggest point.
I've had a herniated disc in my back for the past year, so I can't do much for legs now.

Yea, we only had 3 weeks to work with, and the middle week I had a bad ear infection that knocked me out and messed me up. That's why the progress wasn't as it should have been. No worries though, when I get back I'm gonna hit it full force again. We're gonna get my ass down to 7%!!!!!
Now I'm off to Florida, see ya!
