i have never complained about my pwo shake. 75g dex + 2 scoops optimum double chocolate 46g protein!

same exact thing wit me. . .doesnt taste as good with vanilla however

For a while I've been using Vitargo CGL and ON Strawberry for my PWO. The fruit punch in the vitargo mixes good with the strawberry.
