the orals dont yield as good of results as the transdermal. It's not even close IMO, but if you wanted to try this you'd have to up the dosage significantly i'd say as most of it is eaten up by the liver....

1 fast 400 isnt out of the powder....so you could potentially make your own transdermal....

I just checked and they have 4-derm in stock, but making your own is more cost-effective.
