I'm a former juicer, and I have decided to go natural........ Are there any products at GNC, that actually aid in gaining muscle mass?????????
Everything I have heard about is supposed to be bogus.
I'm looking for someon with a sucessfull personal experience.

do you mean at the actual GNC or any health food store? I only ask because allsportsnutrition is our sponsor and the stuff you can get at GNC you can get at least 30% off at this site. Are you looking for a weight gainer or for lean mass?

It's called T-Bomb and i suggest you save your money and get the real stuff. Its just 4-ad with some other sh*t chemicals in it with a dumb label.

I only buy from GNC during the first week of the month, and when they have sales, so things cost about the same then. But GNC does quite a bit for the sport, so that's a good reason to buy from them every now and then. If you're not in the sport, then it wouldn't matter to you.

But to answer the question, nothing is going to seem to work to you after seeing the effects of juice on your body. And when it comes to over the counter products, different people respond differently to them. The same goes with steroids, but since OTC products are milder, you tend to notice the difference more.
