Thanks bouncer. I was looking at their site and only went to page 4 of the Punching bags, that one was on page 5, my bad. Excellent price.

O.. and im 15 so im looking for a less costly one i have 650 bucks right now (i know its not much) and i will blow it all on boxing equipment if i have to but all i really want are stuff to punch bags with i don't need sparing equipment... What size of gloves? in another thread someone said 16 oz gloves or the mma gloves...

yep there's 68 and others I think are a full 72. Thai is great to work the lower portion while a normal heavy bag is shorter.

I look at it this way. I have an 8' foot sealing the bag is 5'8 then you have the chain it is suspended from and the hook I need to put into the ceiling with lag screws. Should be about 1' off the ground which is perfect for me.

well i don't think i will be doing to many kicks or kneeing the bag as im planning on just being a plain boxer so is there any certain type or size of bag i should be looking for or is just whatever i prefer according to price and quality?

I am not a boxer. I would stick to a regular heavy bag that weighs around 100lbs.
