Nothing is bullet proof but that's what it's supposed to do........ run 10mg of Nolva along with it.

Don't start that high. YOU can start with .25mg of arimidex and 10mg nolva everyday.

the arimidex will stop the estrogen from ahppening in the first place, but just incase some manages to sneak by...the nolvadex will be there to help.

The doses we use of adex or letro are not meant to prevent gyno....they are merely to lower estrogen some but not much. Even using 1mg or more of adex will still likely keep you above normal estrogen levels, since we're taking in exogenous test. the amount of adex you'd need to prevent gyno would be counterproductive to anabolism. Like Mudman said, use 1/4mg/day and 10mg/day of nolva.....nolva blocks estrogenic activity at the breast, and this allows you to more safely carry high estrogen levels, which is very anabolic..
