im on day 9 pct. just ended my m1t cycle. i lost all the 10lbs i gained already. WTF? im back to my starting weight of 173. although i am visibly leaner, defined and strength increased by 30%. i would say that i actually dropped bf while overall weight remained the same. i guess all that weight i lost was water? i hope :yellowcon it must be coz i looked hella bloated last week.
