Anyone knows of a decent power-workout to enhance strenght during sprinting?

1)Xplosive workouts?
2)Plyometric training involving weights? adviced?
3)Low intensity high reps workout?
4)High intensity low volume?

I should get to know the type of workout (powerlifting) and their reps-sets.. :lift:

Anyone for ideas?

if you want a good powerlifting to program to increase power,speed, explosivness, then do a search on a westside training method that includes things like power cleans, speed bench, speed squat, ropes and chains and bands ect ect
